AŞSAN ACADEMY

AŞSAN Academy is AŞSAN Catering’s training platform. We provide both theoretical and hands-on training for our customers and employees. Through workshops, we create enjoyable, educational, and unifying environments that add value to our teams.

In collaboration with hospitality and culinary schools, our training sustainability goals include supporting school kitchens with equipment, establishing an R&D kitchen, offering internship opportunities for students, and providing employment opportunities for suitable candidates.

Our aim is to strengthen the gastronomy awareness of young and talented culinary and service professionals and help them develop a solid understanding of trends in the food & beverage industry.
